I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #128810) specializing in working with individual adults, teens, and couples. After working in a corporate environment for nearly 10 years, I changed careers to become a helping professional.

My integrative approach is grounded in the client-therapist relationship and combines Psychodynamic and Relational Gestalt Therapy with IFS, body-centered and mindfulness interventions. My therapeutic style is attentive, inviting, compassionate and patient. I bring my own vulnerability, authenticity and transparency into the room while also incorporating humor into my work because I believe laughter can help heal.

I have experience working with trauma, mood and anxiety disorders, grief, life transitions and stressors, intimate relationship challenges, family systems, communication, self-esteem, self-harm and more. I am a LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist with extensive experience working with LGBTQIA+-identifying individuals.

I received my Master’s in Clinical Psychology with an Emphasis on Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University and received a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Michigan.
